(I'm using the mobos HDMI port). I have already tried uograding to windows 10 x64 (doesnt work either) going into safe mode and uninstalling the video drivers thru device manager and even using software like Display driver unistaller, and pluging and unpluging my gpu with the machine off and even on, and nothing. If the GPU fan has 3 pins it is no spin control and a signal should be supplied to it constantly (via red wire with +V. My graphics card, motherboard, PSU, CPU, and ram are all installed, but when I try to do a test boot, the monitor will not display (No signal). I thought the graphics card had become loose so I pushed on it, even tho it appears secure and this helped it. The onboard graphics works fine. Also the 2 DVI and HDMI outputs has not signal. All the other components appear to be running fine including all fans spin and the HDD. the GPU was not detected and the fan isn't spinning. i sent it back when i suspected it and the proprietor tested it. No signal to monitor after changing CPU Today I changed my CPU from an AMD dual core to 860k, but now my monitor doesn't get signal. HELP no signal from graphics card :( All the fans are spinning, including the 7870's fans. My first step would be to check that and try my card in other PC with strong PSU. I thought at first that my graphics card wasn't functioning. Monitor: BenQRL2455HM. The HDD's, CPU, and everything else turns on fine, except the graphics card. in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So a few weeks ago my GTX 550 Ti got faulty and wont do anything intensive so I decided to buy an RX 560 on eBay, the seller says he tested it and it. After installing it I ran into a problem - sometimes (every 2-3rd time), when Windows was loading, my screen would go completely black and monitor shows NO SIGNAL, and in the same moment, my GPU fans go crazy, (spinning at 100%). All the fans came on in my build. No signal detected by any monitors.
